GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. RATES
∙ All rates are NET in Euro and include VAT and local taxes. Overnight tax is not included and has to be paid on spot by the guests during their check in.
∙ Rates are strictly confidential and it’s not allowed to publish them to any other third part.
∙ Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
2. RESERVATIONS
∙ Blocking rooms without being sure that you have a firm reservation is considerate inappropriate use and Sirios Travel reserves the right to deactivate your account
∙ Reservations and cancellations can be made through our on-line reservation system.
∙ Amendments shall be made offline, by written request
∙ All reservations or cancellations that will not be made through the on line booking system as well as all amendments, should always be made in written
∙ All data of bookings (number of persons, age of children) must be correct and accurate. In case that a difference will arise, it has to be settled by the clients on spot according the supplier’s official rates.
∙ Amendments fees for individual bookings will apply from the 2nd requested amendment. 1st amendment is free of charge, 2nd amendment and on will cost 5,00 euro each
∙ Above fees are going to be credited in your account offline
3. PAYMENTS
∙ All payments shall be made according the proforma invoice you received
∙ Payments should be made via bank remittance or through credit card. Accepted credit cards are: Visa & Master. For payments through credit card a supplement of +1.8% for bank fees will be charged. For American Express and other type of credit cards the commission of the bank will be determined on booking date
∙ full payment for each service shall be made at latest 22 days prior to the client’s check in date. In case of last minute bookings payment shall be made after confirmation email has received. Same terms for bookings that made under Non Refundable offer
∙ In case that a payment doesn’t reach Sirios Travel on time, Sirios Travel reserves the right to cancel without prior notification email.
∙ Early booking discounts have to be paid the latest within 5 days from the expiring date of the offer.
∙ Above payment conditions are valid for all bookings unless a separate contract is signed between Sirios Travel and the agent

4. CANCELLATION FEES
∙ General cancellation policy for bookings that will be made under no special offers Each supplier has its own cancellation policy which is mentioned in the system and you have to read before finalizing a booking. In case that a cancellation occurs after the booking has entered in period when cancellation fees apply, then cancellation fees will apply according the contract with the specific hotel.
∙ Cancellations that are not sent by on line booking system or advised by fax or email, even if communicated by telephone, cannot be considered valid under any circumstances.
∙ Reservations that made under Early Booking Discount or other Special Offer request The advance payment is non refundable in case of cancellation
5. COMPLAINS
∙ Any complaints that may arise during the clients arrival / stay, shall be acknowledged to Sirios Travel in written immediately in order to be able to resolve the occurred issue the soonest possible. After the client’s check out no complaints will be accepted
6. IMPORTANT REMARKS
∙ Above terms and conditions should be read carefully and their acceptance by those who make reservations is considered automatic
∙ The agent automatically accepts the fact that Sirios Travel sets the room types, the descriptions and the photo gallery of the hotel as the supplier has indicated and has no responsibility for differentiations between the official web site and the booking platform of Sirios Travel
